电渣熔铸WC/钢复合材料的磨损性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 用电渣熔铸的方法成功制备了WC颗粒增强轴承钢复合材料 ,并对其磨损性能进行了研究。试验结果表明 :WC相溶解于钢基体相并沿晶界生成复式碳化物 ,两相界面实现冶金结合 ,界面处合金元素的微区浓度存在过渡区 ,界面结合强度大为提高 ;磨损过程中 ,疲劳裂纹首先在承受较大应力的硬质相内部萌生 ,导致硬质相脆性脱落加剧磨损 。 The wear resistance of WC particulate reinforced bearing steel composites prepared by electroslag smelting and casting was studied. The results showed that solution of WC phase into steel matrix and compound carbide along the grain boundary occur. The bonded strength of the interface was improved greatly due to the metallurgical bond in the interface, in which there exits a transitional zone in micro concentration of alloying element. Fatigue crack was firstly originated from the hard particulate suffered higher stress resulting in hard brittle phase drop and aggravating wear.The whole process revealed the comprehensive effect of both fatigue wear and abrasive wear.
