摘要
拦网技术是排球运动中的六大技术之一,技术动作简单,但在实际应用中出现空跳、触网、脚过中线等犯规较多。通过对现代排球拦网技术实战训练的方法进行研究,为拦网技术的教学与训练提供有益的建议。
Block is one of the 6 techniques in volleyball sports. Though its techniques are simple,volleyball players are easy to be void of jumping,touch net and overshoot centerline. It made analysis on the training methods in modern volleyball game,which provides some suggestions for block teaching and training.
