摘要
本文研究了19例心肌病的血浆心钠素浓度变化,并与风心病及正常人进行了比较。结果显示扩张性心肌病心功能不全组显著高于对照组(P<0.01),且与左房内径和左室舒张末期内径成正相关。作者认为在病程中测定血浆心钠素水平可以作为判断心肌损害程度及病情进展,以及作为估价扩张性心肌病发生心功能不全时的一种非创伤性参数。
The plasma level of atrial natriuretic factor (ANF) in 19 patients with cardiomyopathy was investigated and compared with that of patients with rheumatic heart disease as well as normal volunteers. The results showed that the plasma level of ANF was significantly higher in dilated cardiomyopthy patients than in normal volunteers (P<0.01), and had a positive correlation with left atrial diammer and left ventricular diastolic end diammer. We suggest that early and serial determination of plasma level of ANF may be used as a non-invasive parameter to assess the degree of left ventricular impairment, effect of treatment and patient's prognosis in dilated cardiomyopathy.
