高粘滞血症与高血压左室肥厚类型的关系 被引量:1

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HYPERVISCOMIA AND LEFT VENTRICULAR HYPERTROPHY IN ESSENTIAL HYPERTENSION

摘要 本文对46例高血压病合并左室肥厚(LVH)患者的血液流变性改变进行观察,其中向心性肥厚组(CH)22例,不对称性室间隔肥厚组(ASH)24例。结果显示:①CH组在各切变率下的全血粘度、血浆粘度显著高于ASH组和正常对照组。②高切变率下的全血粘度(WBV230^(-8))与室间隔/左室后壁(IVST/PWT)比值呈负相关(r=0.33,P<0.025),与相对室壁厚度(RWT)呈正相关(r=0.32,P<0.025)。提示WBV是影响高血压LVH及其类型的因素之一。 This study is to observe the changes of hemorheology in 46 patients with essential hypertension complicated by different patterns of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH), 22 of them being concentric hypertrophy (CH) and 24 asymmetric septal hypertrophy (ASH). The results showed that 1) whole blood viscosity (WBV) at all shear rates and plasma viscosity in CH group were significantly higher than those in ASH group and normal subjects; and 2) WBV at a shear rate of 230^(-s) (WBV 230^(-s)) was negatively correlated with the interventricular septal thickness/posterior wall thickness (IVST/PWT) ratio (r=-0.33, P<0.025), and positively correlated with the relative ventricular wall thickness (RWT) (r=0.32, P<0.025). It suggests that increasing of WBV might be related to the presence of LVH in patients with essential hypertension.
