摘要
应用HE和免疫组化技术对21例神经母细胞性肿瘤进行病理观察。对病理组织学分型,除了传统的节细胞样分化外,提出神经鞘细胞分化对分型和预后的意义。注意到有些肿瘤的组织切片有神经鞘样细胞为主的单向分化,制订了病理组织学分型的标志,并讨论瘤细胞分化、病理组织类型、浸润转移、原发部位与预后间的相互关系。
The pathological changes and morphogenesis of neuroblastic tumors in 21 cases of Chil- dren's Hospital of Shanghai Medical: University and Shanghai Children's Hospital from 1980 to 1988 were studied by HE and immuno-label-staining. Some tumor slides showed predo- minant differentiating to Schwann cell like cells. Therefore, on histologic typing, in addition to the traditional ganglionic cell differentiatian, the significance of differentiating to Schwann cells in histologic typing and prognosis is suggested and modified criteria of histologic typing are worked out. The correlations among tumor cell differentiation, histopathologic type, infiltration-meta- stasis., primary site of tumor and prognosis are discussed.
