摘要
应用C-erb B2探针分析14例乳腺癌,15例卵巢癌组织及相应正常对照组织,结果发现29％乳腺癌及40％卵巢癌组织中出现基因扩增,作者认为检测C-erb B2基因扩增有可能作为上述两种癌组织的潜在性基因诊断的标志物。
Using a human specific probe to C-erb B2, there are three bands, 8.1Kb, 6.6Kb and 4.7Kb appearing in various human tissue DNA samples digested with EcoR1. Amplication of C-erb B2 was found in 4 of 14 cases with primary breast cancer and 6 of 15 cases with ovarian cancer. On the contrary, there was no amplification occurred in normal tissues. This showed that the amplication of C-erb B2 is one of the tumor markers of breast cancer and ovarian cancer.
