摘要 研究非霍奇金淋巴瘤与基因重排的关系,用PCR技术检测免疫球蛋白重链基因(IgH)和T细胞受体γ基因(TCRγ)的克隆性重排。结果:①211例非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者中,IgH阳性108例,TCRγ阳性45例,双阳性12例,阴性46例;②系统观察10例患者,发现临床完全缓解时仍有5/10患者呈克隆性基因重排。结论提示,基因克隆性重排的PCR分析在非霍奇金淋巴瘤的早期诊断及评估治疗有效性方面是有用的。 The relationship between non-Hodgkin's lyntphoma (NHL) and the gene rearrangement was investigated. A PCR technique was used to detect clonal rearrangement of immunoglobulin heavy chain (IgH) gene and T-cell receptor Y gene (TCRγ). Results showed that in 211 cases with NHL, the clonal rearrangement of IgH gene was detectable in 108 cases; the clonal rearrangement of TCRγ gene was detectable in 45 cases; both IgH and TCRγ was detectable in 12 cases. There was no clonal rearrangement in 46 cases. Ten patients of NHL were investigated serially. 5/ 10 Patients still had clonal gene rearrangement in clinical complete remission. Conclusion suggested that PCR analysis of clonal gene rearrangement conld be a useful method in primary diagnosis of NHL and in evaluating efficacy of therapy.
