从理论上分析配电线路出口故障时,电流速断和定时过电流保护拒动的原因,从而阐明电流互感器的响应特性对电流保护有很大的影响,最后提出相应的对策。

The causes of refusing action of over current protection when the short circuit arises at the beginning of distribution line have been theoretically analysed in this paper. Thus, the influences of CT answer property for over current protection have been explained. Finally,relevant counter-mensures have been provided.
