摘要
本文报道一种深低温(-196℃)生物细胞及组织保存袋。该袋在液氮内保存2年后经37~40℃融冻复温无破损,细胞计数84.5%~91.5%,拒染反应61.3%~104.4%,粒系定向干细胞培养(CFu-Gm)83.9%~164%,材料的理化性能、生物学毒性均适合于应用。
A freezing bag for preservation of biologic cells and tissues at low temperature (-196℃) is introduced. After stored fetal liver cells in bags for two years in liquid nitrogen then thawed to 37-40℃, the bags did not rupture, cell count and percentage of staining rejection decreased to 84.5% and 61.3% respectively, and colony forming unitgranulocytoc/macrophage (CFU-GM) culture 109.4%. The material of bag had good physicochemical properties and low biologic toxicity.
