早期肺部感染小鼠的支气管肺泡灌洗液中的细胞群

CELL POPULATION IN BRONCHOALVEOLAR LAVAGE FLUID DURING THE EARLY STAGE OF PULMONARY INFECTION IN MICE

摘要 为了解肺炎杆菌感染早期支气管肺胞灌洗液(BALF)中的细胞群,将免疫低下小鼠与无免疫低下小鼠相比较。在感染前和后3、9、24、48和72小时,每组取5只鼠作灌洗。免疫低下小鼠其总细胞数(TC)、多形核白细胞(PMN)、肺泡巨噬细胞(PAM)、淋巴细胞数在48小时内均显著减少(P<0.001);各类细胞的高峰值均延迟至72小时;PMN数在72小时几乎相等于另一组48小时的高峰数(P>0.05);PAM数高峰值显著降低(P<0.05);淋巴细胞高峰数显著增加(P<0.05)。提示在抗原或炎症物质与炎性和免疫活性细胞之间存在密切关系。 Cell population in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of immunocompromised mice was compared with that of normal mice during the early stage of airborne Klebsiella pneumoniae (K. P.) infection. Five mice in study group and 5 normal mice were lavaged at O, 3rd, 9th, 24th, 48th and 72nd hour respectively after infection. In study group, the number of recoverable total cells (TC), pulmonary alveolar macrophages (PAM), polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMN), and lymphocytes was markedly decreased at 3rd, 24th, and 48th hour (P<0.001). The peak number of those cells was delayed 72nd hour, of PMN at 72nd hour was almost the same as that at 48th hour in normal mice (P>0.05), of PAM was significantly decreased (P<0.05) and of lymphocytes was significantly increased (P<0.05). The result suggested that there was a close relationship between antigen or inflammatory substance, and inflammatory and immunocompetent cells.
