摘要
本文立足于西部少数民族地区经济发展的条件和现状，指出西部少数民族地区应大力发展非公有制经济，并进一步提出了在非公有制经济发展过程中应采取的措施和注意的问题。
Staring from the present economic situation of minority nationality in west China, this paper indicate that it is necessary to constitute the effective measures to develop the non-state ownership of these areas.
