电大图书馆读者服务工作浅谈

Reader Service in open University Libraries

广播电视大学是采用先进的教学手段、进行远程教育的开放性的新型综合性高等学校，图书馆是是高等学校的三大支柱之一，图书馆是肩负着为教学、科研服务的学术机构，具有多种职能，读者工作是图书馆整个工作的出发点和归宿，是以读者为服务对象、以藏书为服务手段、通过多种方式向读者提供文献资料的综合性工作。如何搞好读者工作，结合我馆实际，在工作中注意研究，总结了一些这方面的经验。

The open university is a modem-styled, Comprehensive highter education equipped with advanced technology and the library is one of the keyfeatures that constitutes the academic service for highter education institutions and has various functions. Reader Service is both the initiative and the purpose of all libratry enterprise,with the reading public as its Serving objective and books as the key means. So it is of vital importance to investigate into how to secure data,to serve the readers and to improve the whole libratian enterprise.
