摘要
作者应用ABC免疫组化方法对125例脑膜瘤的标本测定其孕酮激素、雄性激素与雌性激素受体,结果显示孕酮激素受体阳性率随WHO分级的升高而增加;在纤维细胞型、过度细胞型、内皮细胞型和血管母细胞型脑膜瘤中,随着其恶性程度的增加,雄性激素受体阳性率有逐渐增加的趋势;在123例作DNA流式细胞分析的病例中,其DNA倍体与三种性激素受体测定之间无显著性相关关系。
Steroid hormone receptors were measured in 125 cases of meningiomas by ABC im- munohistochemical method. The results showed that with the increase of WHO pathological grading level, the positive rate of progesterone receptor increased. In fibrous meningioma, transitional meningioma, endotheliomatous meningioma and hemangioblastic meningioma, the positive rate of androgen receptor increased with the increase of malignant grade. In 123 cases, flow cytometric DNA content did not correlate with this three kinds of steroid hormone receptors.
