西方发达国家纷纷采用隐蔽性较强、透明度低、不易监督的保护措施,对我国农产品中的茶叶设置绿色贸易壁垒,给我国的茶叶出口造成了很大障碍。这种"绿色壁垒"是当今国际贸易中最难对付的贸易壁垒之一。因此,研究绿色贸易壁垒对我国茶叶出口企业的生产和出口贸易具有重要意义。

With the development of times,with the enhancement of human environmental consciousness,protective measures of international trade have taken place heavy changement.Western developed countries adopt protective measures that are difficult to supervise one after another.Tea of our country gets green trade barrier.Nowadays the 'green barrier'is one of the trade barriers that difficult to deal with in international trade.So study to green trade barrier is very necessary.
