摘要
云南省财政收入从高速增长转为低速增长,经济产业结构和财源单一,地区之间发展极不平衡的财政特点严重制约了经济的发展,地县财政收支矛盾日益突出,特别是县级财政困难程度不断加剧,已成为当前云南省财政工作中最突出的问题。
County financial difficulty is an important problem faced by financial work in Yunnan,it has become the major factor restraining economic and social development.we must pay great attention to it and take further steps to solve it.
