With the well-establishment of the output-related system of f amilies contracted responsibility, the post-commune Chinas countryside is now facing an institu ti onal problem, that is, how to integrate the socialist market economy with the in dividual and small-scale peasant economies. From the perspective of examining th e national and social changes in the past hundred years, this article focuses on analyzing the characteristics of the countryside social services linking net in Fujian Ningde, in order to find a possible way for the problems of 'agricultur e, countryside and peasants'.
