摘要
以几何光学的矩阵变换为基础,通过光线追迹的方法,对四象限分光的多透镜成像复杂光 学系统进行仿真建模。由所得到的基本参数的关系曲线,优化确定系统的放大镜放大系数为20,分光镜离轴距离为3mm,系统出瞳直径1mm。对复杂光学系统参数的优化提供了新的思路和方法。
With matrix conversion of geometry optics as a basis, simulation and modeling for complex multi-lens imaging optical system for four-quad splitting are carried out through light ray trace. According to the relation curves obtained from the basic parameters, optimization process of the system says that amplifying coefficient of an amplifying lens is 20, off-axis distance of the splitter 3mm and exit pupil diameter of the system 1mm. New ideas and methods are provided for the parameters of the complex optical system.
