国产UP型直流炉悬吊管爆管分析

摘要 通过试验研究,分析了改造后的石洞口电厂4号炉后水冷壁悬吊管连续发生的2次爆管事故的主要原因,证实外商在垂直水冷壁流量分配及悬吊管系统结构设计上存在较大的缺陷,为悬吊管改造方案的形成和确立提供了依据。在改后试验中,全面分析了新的悬吊管系统及其他受热面的工作状况,并通过运行调整使改造后的水冷壁悬吊管系统运行特性得到了优化。 After test study, the main reasons for two continuous tube-bursting accidents of suspended pipe of rear water-cooled wall of No. 4 boiler which was reconstructed at ShiDongKou Power Plant were analyzed, through which the biggest defaults of foreign aspect in flow distribution in vertical water-cooled wall and the structure design of suspended pipe system were verified. Thus it provides the reference to the formation and establishment of reconstruction project for suspended pipe. After the reconstruction, the new suspended pipe system and the working condition of other heat-receiving surfaces were analyzed allsidedly via test and the running performance of suspended pipe system of watercooled wall was optimized through operation adjustment.
