摘要
针对双河油田注入污水中含有大量的悬浮固相颗粒和油珠,通过对悬浮物引起储层的伤害剖析,设计出了室内实验方法。实验表明,固相颗粒堵塞多为帚状淤塞,油珠则为桥堵,二者堵塞可使渗透率伤害率达35%~50%。建议依据区块储层渗透率高低按推荐措施分类注水,低渗油藏注水井增加井口精细过滤装置。
Large amount of solid suspension particles and oil drops exist in wastewater for injection in Shuanghe oilfield. Laboratory experimental methods are designed based on analysis of reservoir damage caused by suspension particles. Experiment results show that plugging of solid suspension particles and oil drops can result in a permeability damage rate ranging from 35% to 50%. It is proposed that differential water injection measures should be implemented according to the reservoir permeability and fine filtration devices should be installed in wellheads of injectors in low permeability reservoirs.
