Surface modeling and isothermal precision forming of the compressor rotor

摘要 采用NURBS方法生成了转子叶片的表面模型,并对其进行了延伸和裁剪,将叶片模型和转子的二次表面模型组合,得到转子锻件和模具镶块的表面模型。以此为基础设计了一套组合式模具,模具的凹模由23块镶块组合而成。最后采用等温锻造的方法成形转子锻件,模具和坯料的加热温度均为430℃。经检测,转子锻件的尺寸精度及组织性能均符合设计要求。 By use of NURBS method, the surface model of the rotor's vane was proposed. During this process, the extending and the trimming of the vane surface were studied. Combining models of the vane and the quadric surfaces of the rotor, the surface models of the rotor's forging and its die section were obtained. Based on the model, a set of die was designed, and the female die was assembled with 23 die sections. At last, the rotor was formed by isothermal precision forge while the heating temperature for both the die and the billet is 430°C, and its dimension precision, microstructure and ability all accorded with the design requirement.
