单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶测定的临床价值

Change and clinical effect of serum neuron specific enolase in patients with herpes simplex encephalitis

目的 研究单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎 (HSE)患者神经元损伤的变化。方法 应用酶联免疫双抗夹心法检测了 HSE患者及查体健康者 (对照组 )的血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶 (NSE)水平。结果 HSE组血清 NSE水平较对照组明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;HSE组预后不良者较预后良好者明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,合并痫性发作者较无痫性发作者明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 HSE患者存在神经元损伤 ,合并痫性发作者脑神经元损伤严重 ,NSE可作为评估

Objective To investigate the condition of neuron insult in patients with herpes simplex encephalitis(HSE).Method The concentrations of serum neuron specific enolase(NSE) in patients with HSE were mearsured by ELISA.Results The level of NSE in patients with HSE was higher than the control group (P <0.01).The level of NSE in patients with bad prognosis was higher than those with good prognosis(P<0.05),and the level of NSE in HSE patients with seizures was higher than those without seizures(P<0.05).Conclusion There is neuron insult in patients with HSE,especially in those with seizures.NSE may be used as one of the markers of prognosis in patients with HSE.
