平阳霉素加缩丙酮确炎舒松囊内注射治疗儿童体表囊肿

Intralesional therapy of subcutaneous cyst in children with the mixture of pingyangmycin and triamcinolone acetonide

目的 :观察平阳霉素、缩丙酮确炎舒松治疗儿童体表囊肿的疗效。方法 :对42例体表囊肿患儿用平阳霉素加缩丙酮确炎舒松稀释后注入囊肿内 ,6～8周后可重复注射 ,不超过3次。结果 :42例中治愈38例 ,有效2例 ,无效2例。结论 :平阳霉素加缩丙酮确炎舒松囊内注射治疗有广泛的适应证 ,是一种安全而有效治疗方法。

Objective:To instruct a safe and easy way of treatment for subcutaneous cyst in children.Methods:In our study,the mixture of pingyangmycin(PYM)and triamcinolone acetonide was injected into the cyst.The injection may be repeated no more than3times,with an inˉterval of6to8weeks.Results:In all of the42cases,38of them enjoyed their good recoveries,2of them showed their decrease in the size of cysts,while the rest2cases appeared no relief.Conclusion:For subcutaneous cyst,Intralesional injection of the mixture of PYMand triamciˉnolone acetonide is a safe and efficient way of treatment,especially for those suffering reoccurrence after operations.
