摘要
目的 :观察低温下钙通道阻滞剂对未成熟心肌的保护效果。方法 :使用改良的非再循环式Langendorff离体心灌注装置 ,比较未使用盐酸尼卡地平低温缺血组 (A组 )及分别在低温缺血前 (B组 )、常温缺血前 (C组 )给予盐酸尼卡地平者的心功能和心肌酶的变化 ,测定缺血后心肌ATP、总钙含量及心肌含水量 ,观察心肌和冠状动脉内皮细胞结构的变化。结果 :B组的各项指标及对心肌和血管内皮结构保护明显优于A组 ,C组与A组无明显差异 ,与B组之间部分数据有显著性差异。结论
Objective:To observe the effects of calcium channel blocker(Nicardipine hydrochloride)on im-mature myocardial protection under hypothermia.Methods:On modified Langendorff apparatus,24isolated hearts of immature rabbit were assigned into3groups randomly which included hypothermic ischemic control group,hypothermic and normothermic ischemic experimental groups.3μg Nicardipine was administrated before ischemia in experimental group.Hemodynamics variables,myocardial water content,the leakage of myocardial enzyme,myocardial ATP,and calcium content were examined.Myocardial and endothelial structure were ob-served.Results:The myocardial function,the leakage of myocardial enzyme,myocardial calcium,and myocardial ATP in hypothermic experimental group were significantly better than that in control group.There was no significant difference between control group and normothermic group.Some data had significant difference be-tween experimental groups.Conclusion:Nicardipine has a protective effect on immature rabbit hearts against reperfusion injury under hypothermia.
