摘要
研究了陕西省银杏叶黄酮含量和热值的时空分布规律,结果表明:银杏叶黄酮含量为0.885%~1.487%,表现出明显的地域分布差异,从高到低依次为陕北>陕南>渭北>关中;叶片中黄酮含量随时间呈上升趋势,但在生长后期的8-10月有一 U 谷,10月上旬达到最高;银杏叶热值为4117~4775cal/g,热值的地域分布规律与黄酮含量相同.银杏叶黄酮含量和热值极显著正相关,与表观比热值呈负相关关系.
The paper deals with spacetime distribution pattern of flavonoid content and caloric value in ginkgo leaves in Shaanxi province. It is proved that the flavonoid content of ginkgo leave in Shaanxi province varied between 0.885%~1.487%, which showed a regional distribution pattern. The content value decreases from the highest in North of Shaanxi, then South of Shaanxi, Weibei, to the lowest in Guanzhong basin. The flavonoid content goes upwards in growing season basically except that it displayed 'U'shape in the later leaf growth season. The flavonoid content reached the highest in the early October. The caloric value of ginkgo leaves varied between 4 117~4 775 cal/g, and the regional distribution shape is the same as that of flavonoid content. Flavonoid content shows positive relationship with caloric value but nagetive with apparent caloric ratio.
