娑罗子中七叶皂苷的提取分离与纯化

以中药娑罗子为原料,用酒精提取有效成分七叶皂苷,再用乙酸乙酯 去掉脂溶性物质 、正丁醇 去掉水溶性物质 分别萃取,将正丁醇萃取液真空干燥浓缩后上NKA-9树脂和反相层析柱 Sep-PakC18 ,进行精制,即可得回收率为3.67%,纯度为63.323% 经高效液相色谱检测 的七叶皂苷.

The dried fruits of aesculi were extracted the effective constituent(aescin)with alcohol.It was extracted further with ethyl acetate(doing away with the fat soluble materials)and nbutanol(throwing away the watersoluble matter).After vacuum drying and concentraction,the nbutanol alcohol extract was refined with NKA9 resin that it was rarely reported and the C18 opposite phase piller.Aescin that the recover rate was 3.67%and pure degree was 63.323%(through highpressure liquid chromatography examination)was gained.
