慢性泪囊炎经鼻内窥镜手术的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation for Chronic Dacryocystitis with Endoscope

目的 观察鼻内窥镜下鼻内泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎的效果。方法 采用鼻内窥镜下鼻内泪囊腔造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎 38例 (4 0眼 )。结果 术后随访 3个月～ 2年 ,有效率达 95 %。结论 鼻内窥镜下鼻内泪囊鼻腔造孔术是治疗慢性泪囊炎的理想方式。

Objective To observe the effect of endoscopic surgery for chronic dacryocystitis.Methods 38 cases(40 eyes)of chronic dacryocystitis were treated with dacryocystorhinostomy by using endoscope.Results Survey of 3 months～2 years was followed up after operation and the rate of effect is 95 percent.Conclusions Dacryocystorhinostomy with endoscope is an ideal way to treat chronic dacryocystitis.
