近视患者角膜屈光力分析

Analysis of corneal refractive power in myopia patients

目的 :探讨角膜屈光力在不同性别和屈光度间的差别。方法 :选择患者眼 14 72只 (其中男性眼 715只 ,女性眼 75 7只 ) ,屈光度在 -0 75D～ -2 5 0 0D之间。采用计算机辅助角膜地形图仪测量SimK 1、SimK2、MinK、ACP 4项反映角膜屈光力的指标。采用多因变量线性模型的方差分析 ,对各变量在不同屈光度组及性别组之间是否相同进行研究。结果 :在男性和女性之间 ,SimK 1、SimK2、MinK、ACP有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,女性的各项指标均大于男性。不同屈光度组间 ,随屈光度的增加 ,SimK1、SimK2、MinK、ACP均有增大的趋势。结论 :角膜屈光力在不同性别和屈光度组间是有差别的。

Objective:To investigate the difference of corneal refractive powers in patients with different diopters and genders. Methods:715 male and 757 female eyes of myopia were chosen with diopters between -0.75D and -25.00D.SimK1,SimK2,MinK and ACP were measured with corneal topographer.Multivariate ANOVA analysis was used to study the difference of each variable in different diopter groups and gender groups. Results:There were the statistical differences between male and female(P<0.05) in SimK1,SimK2,MinK and ACP items.All the data of female were higher than those of male.Among different diopter groups,SimK1,SimK2,MinK and ACP tended to increase with diopters increasing. Conclusions:The corneal refractive power was different between different gender and diopter.
