眼内内窥镜直视下经巩膜睫状沟人工晶体缝合固定

Endoscope-assisted transscleral sulcus fixation of sutured posterior chamber intraocular lenses

目的 :探讨在眼内内窥镜直视下后房型人工晶体睫状沟缝合固定的临床疗效并与常规后房型人工晶体缝合固定进行比较。方法 :在眼内内窥镜直视下行 2 5例 ( 2 5眼 )后房人工晶体睫状沟缝合固定。观察术后视力变化及并发症情况。结果 :2 5例手术均进行顺利 ,无术中并发症发生。术后 ,2 0只眼 ( 80 % )最佳矫正视力好于术前。 2 3只眼 ( 92 % )晶体位正 ,2 5例中未见由晶体异位引起的症状。术后无持续性高眼压及玻璃体积血并发症。结论 :眼内内窥镜的应用可使术者在直视下完成后房型人工晶体缝合固定术 ,将晶体襻准确地固定于睫状沟内 ,避免及减少了术后并发症的发生。

Objective:To evaluate the surgical results of transscleral sulcus fixation of sutured posterior chamber intraocular lenses (PCIOL) assisted with endoscope and compare it with the traditional sutured PCIOL technique. Methods:25 cases of sutured PCIOL were performed with the assistance of endoscope.The postoperative visual change and complications were observed. Results:Of all the 25 cases,there were no intraoperative complications;in 20 cases(80%) the postoperative best correct visual acuity were better than preop;the position of PCIOL were satisfied in 23 cases(92%) and there was no symptoms caused by debentured PCIOL.No persistent high intraocular pressure or vitreous hemorrhage was observed postoperatively. Conclusions:Endoscope could provide the direct view in the surgeries of transscleral sulcus fixation of sutured posterior chamber intraocular lenses.
