下肢静脉交通支结扎加浅静脉硬化疗法治疗原发性下肢静脉瓣膜功能不全26例报告

Subfascial endoscopic perforating veins ablation and sclerotherapy in treating primary deep venous valve insufficiency of lower extremities:a report of 26 cases.

目的 探讨下肢深浅静脉交通支结扎 +浅静脉硬化剂法治疗原发性下肢静脉瓣功能不全的治疗效果。方法 我们于 2 0 0 1年 8月至 2 0 0 3年 2月开展了腔镜下行下肢深浅静脉交通支结扎 +浅静脉硬化剂法治疗原发性下肢静脉瓣膜功能不全 2 6例。结果 本组 2 6例病例均恢复良好 ,所有病例浅静脉曲张消失。结论 下肢深浅静脉交通支结扎 +浅静脉硬化剂法治疗是下肢静脉曲张治疗方法的良好选择。

Objective To study the effectiveness of subfascial endoscopic perforating veins ablation and sclerotherapy in treating primary deep venous valve insufficiency of lower extremities. Methods From August,2001 to Feburary,2003,26 cases of primary deep venous valve insufficiency of lower extremities were treated with subfascial endoscopic perforating veins ablation and sclerotherapy. Results Postoperative results were satisfactory. 20 cases postoperatively had no various veins recurremes after a mean follow up period of 3～16 months. Conclusion Subfascial endoscopic perforating veins ablation and sclerotherapy is a excellent choice in treating insufficiency perforating veins.
