摘要 近年来研究表明,环氧化酶(cyclooxygenase,COX)亚型COX鄄2表达在肿瘤的发生、发展、分化和转移中起重要作用,特别是参与肿瘤血管生成。全文主要综述了COX鄄2促进肿瘤血管生成的机制。
