乳腺癌根治术后皮下积液和皮瓣坏死的预防

To Prevent Subcutaneous Hydrops and Necrosis of Skin Flap after Radical Mastectomy

目的 探讨降低乳腺癌根治术后皮下积液和皮瓣坏死的预防措施。方法 总结 5 6例乳腺癌根治术患者术中、术后所采取的治疗方法 ,包括乳腺刀割离皮瓣 ,结扎腋窝处细小淋巴管 ,腋窝处及锁骨下皮瓣给予减张缝合 ,术后负压吸引等。结果 采取上述措施后 ,皮下积液和皮瓣坏死仅各出现 1例 ,约占 3 .6%。结论 适当的预防措施可有效的降低乳腺癌根治术术后皮下积液和皮瓣坏死的发生。

Objective To study the preventive methods to reduce the incidence of subcutaneous hydrops and necrosis of skin flap after radical mastectomy. Methods The clinical data of 56 cases of treated breast cancer patients were summarized by using special kinfe to dissociate the flap,ligate the lymph vessels of axillary fossa,negative-pressure suction after operation. Results There were one case of subcutaneous hydrops and one case of necrosis of skin flap happened in this group of patients,only about 3.6% of all cases.Conclusions These measures were effective to prevent from subcutaneous hydrops and necrosis of skin flap after radical mastectomy.
