摘要 目的:研究聚乙二醇重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(PEG-rhG-CSF,商品名津优力)对中国小型猪冠状动脉栓塞致心肌梗死的影响。方法:应用心导管介入技术将栓子定位送入冠状动脉左前降支造成心肌梗死,通过心肌梗死范围的定量组织学测定、超声心动图、心肌小血管密度等观测指标,评价津优力对心肌梗死的治疗作用。结果:津优力可显著减小心肌梗死范围(P<0.01),改善心功能,增加射血分类(EF)、短轴缩短系数(FS)、每搏输出量(SV)、输出量(CO),增加心肌小血管密度。结论:津化力对中国小型猪心肌梗死模型有明确的治疗作用。 Objective: To study the effect of PEG-rhG-CSF on myocardial infarction in swine models.Methods;With cardiac catheter intervention technique, the embolus was sent to the left anteri-or descending branch of the coronary artery to establish the myocardial infarction modei in swine. The therapeutic efficacy of PEG-rhG-CSF was evaluated by histomorphometric and echocardiogram param-eters and myocardial capillary density. Results: PEG-rhG-CSF can obviously reduce the infarctional area,improve the cardiac function and increased the myocardial capillary density in swine model.Con-clusion:PEG-rhG-CSF is effective in treatment of myocardial infarction in swine model.
