新型脱敏剂(极固宁^(TM))治疗牙本质敏感症的临床观察

Clinical observation of the efficacy of a new desensitizer (Green or^(TM) in treatment of tooth hypersensitivity

目的:评价极固宁(Green or^(TM))治疗牙本质敏感症的临床疗效。方法:160例牙本质敏感症患者随机分成试验组和对照组,分别用极固宁和75％氟化钠甘油治疗。观察2组的短期疗效和长期疗效,并进行统计学分析。结果:试验组的即刻有效率、2个月有效率和6个月有效率分别是96.91％,92.26％和90.21％,对照组分别为85.56％,69.59％和54.64％,两者对比,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:极固宁对牙本质敏感症的治疗具有较好的疗效。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Green orTM in treatment of tooth hypersensi-tivity. Methods: 160 patients with tooth hypersensitivity were randomly divided into the active group and the control group to receive Green orTM or 75% fluoridizer, respectively. The immediate, short term and long term effective rate of the two groups were analyzed. Results: The immediate, short term and long term effective rate was 96.91% ,92.26% and 90.21% respectively for the active group,and 85. 56% ,69.59% and 54.64% respectively for the control group. There was statistically significant dif-ference between 2 groups. Conclusion: Green orTM is an effective agent for the treatment of tooth hy-persensitivity.
