米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于过期流产52例

Application of mifepristone and misoprostol combined therapy in treatment of missed abortion

目的:观察米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在过期流产中的疗效。方法:对52例过期流产患者应用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗。d1和d2每12h给予米非司酮片50,25,50和25mg。d3每2h给予米索前列醇片200μg,最大累积剂量1000μg。结果:完全流产率达90.38％,患者清宫率及阴道出血量明显减少。结论:米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于过期流产完全流产率高,不良反应小。

Objective: To observe the efficacy of mifepristone and misoprastol combined therapy in treatment of missed abortion. Methods: 52 patients with missed abortion were treated with mifepristone and misoprastol combined therapy. At the first 2 days,they were given orally mifepristone 50mg, 25mg,50mg,25mg at an interval of 12h. At the third day,they were treated with misoprostol vaginal tablet 200μg/2h, with a maximal cumulative dose of 1000μg. Results: Af ter therapy with these agents, a 90. 38 % complete abortion rate was obtained with a signif icant decrease in suction and bleeding. Con-clusion: A higher complete abortion rate is obtained in patients with missed abortion treated with mifepristone and misoprostol combined therapy with less adverse reactions.
