丙烯腈对大鼠骨髓象、血清IL-2、G-CSF、EPO含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对大鼠丙烯腈染毒后 ,进行骨髓涂片病理检查 ,放射免疫法检测血清中白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )、粒细胞集落刺激因子 (G CSF)、促红细胞生成素 (EPO)含量 ,分析丙烯腈对大鼠骨髓血细胞及对有关造血生长因子活性的影响。结果表明 ,染毒组中的大鼠骨髓原粒、早幼粒细胞占有核细胞的百分率升高 ;中幼粒细胞、晚幼粒细胞占有核细胞的百分率降低。血清中IL 2含量降低、EPO含量有不同程度的升高 ,而G CSF含量未见明显变化。提示丙烯腈可能直接作用于大鼠的骨髓细胞 ,引起外周血细胞的变化 ,并与IL 2。 Rats were administrated acrylonitrile (AN) by oral for 6 days,then the bone marrow feature and the IL 2?G CSF?EPO contents in serum of rat were detected.The results showed that the percentage of myeloblasts and promyelocytes increased,while myelocyte and metamyelocyte decreased in AN exposed rats compared with that of controls.The IL 2 content in serum was reduced,the serum level of EPO was raised especially in m椋洌洌欤? ?幔睿洹?瑁椋纾? dose groups;but the G CSF level still kept unchanged.It is suggested that AN might directly interfere bone marrow cell growth,which probably related to the changes of some cytokines levels in serum such as IL 2,EPO etc.
