摘要
人体实验存在着复杂的伦理问题 ,处理不当会引发医疗纠纷 ,处理得当则促进医学科学的发展。本文分析了人体实验的现状 ,着重指出了人体实验规范化的对策 :贯彻病人的知情同意原则 ,做好临床上医疗高新技术的评估和推广工作 ,对人体实验工作进行相关的立法 。
The artcile reports about the analysis of the human experimentation cases and puts forward the following strategies to carry out informed consent principle;to make the related legislation;to determinate the method of heath technology assessment(HTA);and to develop positively humane education and moral resopnsibility education.
