相干X线相衬成像的初步研究:离体大白鼠肝脏、肺脏成像实验 被引量:9

摘要 目的 应用同轴轮廓成像原理对大白鼠离体肝脏、肺脏进行X线相衬成像实验 ,并与常规X线技术对比 ,为进一步实验奠定基础。方法 在北京正负电子对撞机国家实验室 ,利用同步辐射装置的插入件辐射引出的空间相干X射线 ,应用同轴轮廓成像原理 ,对大白鼠离体的肝脏、肺脏进行X线相衬成像。同时 ,对离体的大白鼠肺脏进行常规X线摄影 ,并进行对比。结果 大白鼠离体肝脏血管成像未能显示内部结构 ;离体肺脏的同轴轮廓成像清晰度及分辨率显著高于普通X线技术。结论 X线相衬成像从原理和实践上 ,其分辨率都高于常规X线技术 ,但尚需进一步探索和改进。 Objective To obtain the phase contrast films of rat's liver and lung in vitro, and to evaluate the quality and resolution of the films. Methods The rat's lung and liver were imaged with synchrotron X rays in the principle of in line outline imaging in vitro at synchrotron national laboratory in Beijing, then the phase contrast films were obtained. In addition, the rat's lungs were imaged with conventional X ray at Changzheng Hospital in Shanghai. Results The film of the rat's liver did not show the vascular sign and inner structures. But the film of the rat's lung showed a good resolution and definition, and it showed the great advantage compared with the film acquired by conventional X ray. The structure of the lung under 100μm in diameter was differentiated well. Conclusion The X ray phase contrast imaging has great advantage to the conventional X ray techniques in resolution from either principle or experiment, but it should be further exploited and there would be a long run for practice in clinic.
