成人动脉导管未闭介入治疗的疗效评价

Evaluation of the Interventional Treatment of Patent Ductus Arteriosus in Adults

目的 评价成人动脉导管未闭 (PDA)的介入治疗方法、疗效及其特殊性。方法 全组 18例 ,男 4例 ,女 14例 ,平均年龄 3 3岁 ,最窄直径 ( 5 .0± 2 .2 7)mm ,采用AmplatzerPDA封堵伞治疗。术后 2 4h及 3～ 5 1个月X线照片及彩色多普勒随访。结果 技术成功率 10 0 % ,即时造影显示 6例无残余分流 ,12例有少量残余分流 ,2 4h复查 17例无残余分流 ,1例少量分流 ,3～ 5 1个月随访情况同前。结论 成人PDA的介入治疗是一种有效的非手术方法。

Objective To evaluate the efficiency and specialty of interventional treatment for patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) in adults.Methods There were eighteen patients at a median age 33 years years in this group. The mean PDA diameter at narrowest segment was (5.0±2.27) mm. All patients underwent transcatheter closure of a PDA using the amplatzer duct occluder. Follow-up evaluation was performed with X ray and color Doppler at 24h and 3 to 51 months after closure. Results Eighteen patients had successful device placement. Angiographic images after closures showed that 6 patients had complete immediate closure, 12 had a trace shunt. Color Doppler revealed complete closure in 17 patients and a small residual shunt in 1 patient. Within 24hrs. No great changed were found during 3 to 51 months follow up results after closure. Conclusion Interventional treatment of PDA is an effective non operative method for adult patients. [
