快速染色的妇科肿瘤细胞核的结构观察与分析

Observation and analysis on structure of tumor cellular nucleus in gynecologic field by fast staining

本文用细胞快速染液对妇科常见肿瘤的细胞核结构进行了观察。结果表明 ,细胞快速染液能清晰地显示癌细胞核和核仁的形态结构及数目。根据大量的观察结果作者提出 :核仁的数目和结构形态是推测细胞“良”“恶”的窗口 ,是确定癌细胞的肯定指标之一。对癌细胞的核膜增厚和染色质网状结构提出了讨论。

This paper observed structure of cellular nuclaer on common tumor in gynecologic field with fast staining solution . The result has shown that the cellular nuclear and nucleolar morphosis and numbers of cancer can clearly herevealed by the fast cellular staining solution. According to a lot of observative results, the nucleolar numbers and morphosis are the windows which conjecture benign and malgnant tumor cells and definite index which ascertain cancer cell . At same time, thickening of nuclear membrane and chromatin reticular structure of tumor cell were discussed.
