摘要
目的 探讨宫内窘迫新生儿的心肌受损情况。方法 采用前瞻性研究方法 ,分别应用速率法和微粒子法化学发光免疫法检测 30例宫内窘迫新生儿的心肌酶和心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ (cTnⅠ )与对照组比较。结果 宫内窘迫组心肌酶cTn与对照组比较存在显著差异性。结论 常规检测宫内窘迫新生儿的心肌酶和cTnⅠ能及时了解患儿心肌受损情况 ,从而利于尽早进行保护心脏的治疗。
Objective: To investigate condition of myocardial damage in newborn of intrauterine hypoxia. Methods: Myocardial enzymes was determined by method of speeding rate and cardiac troponin-Ⅰ (cTnⅠ) was determined by paramagnetic-particle chemiluminescent immunoassay respectively in 30 cases of newborn of intrauterine hypoxia. Comparing the group which was studied by prospective study with the group which was studied by normal method. Results: There is significant difference between control group and intrauterine hypoxia group. Conclusion: Routine examination of the myocardial enzymes and cardiac troponin-Ⅰ can help to notice the damage condition of myocardium in time so that protective remedy of heart protection can be used as soon as possible.
