经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术对冠心病QT离散度的影响

THE EFFECTS OF PERCUTANEOUS ARTERY PLASTIC SURGERY ON THE QT DISPERSION DEGREE

目的 观察经皮冠状动脉成形术对冠心病患者QT离散度 (QTd)的影响。方法 选择 5 7例接受经皮冠状动脉成形术的患者 ,术前 1周内行运动心电图试验 ,并将心电图测定的阳性组 4 6例和阴性组 11例分别测量经皮冠状动脉成形术前和术后的QTd。结果 阳性组术后较术前明显缩短 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,阴性组术后较术前有所缩短 ,但无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 经皮冠状动脉成形术没有改善无运动缺血冠心病患者的QTd ,无运动缺血的冠心病患者行经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术的远期治疗效果有待进一步观察。

Objective To observe the effects of coronary artery plastic surgery on the QT dispersion degree.Methods Electrocardiographic detection was made in 57 cases of coronary heart disease one week before they underwent percutaneous coronary artery plastic surgery.According to the detections,46 cases and 11 cases were classified in positive group and negative group respectively,and the preoperative and postoperative QT dispersion degrees of both groups were measured.Results The QT dispersion degrees were reduced in the positive group after operation(P<0.05),while there existed no significant difference between the QT dispersion degrees before and after operation( P>0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous coronary artery plastic surgery has no obvious effect on the QT dispersion degrees in patients without sport ischemia and its long-term effects will have to be further observed.
