摘要
目的 了解杭州市脑膜炎败血黄杆菌的分布和耐药现状。方法 统计杭州市 4家综合性医院 498株黄杆菌的耐药情况 ,用琼脂稀释法检测 14种抗菌药物对 62株脑膜炎败血黄杆菌的最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)。结果 除对头孢哌酮 /舒巴坦和哌拉西林 /他唑巴坦的耐药率为 2 0 5%和2 4 0 %以外 ,对其余抗菌药物的耐药率均 >40 %。用琼脂稀释法进行脑膜炎败血黄杆菌MIC的检测 ,利福平显示了很好的抗菌活性 ,其MIC5 0 和MIC90 分别为 0 5μg/ml和 8μg/ml ,优于其他的抗菌药物。结论 黄杆菌的多重耐药率高 ,治疗困难 。
Objective Investigating the infection ability and antimicrobial susceptibility of Flavobacterium spp. in Hangzhou. Methods Analyzing the antimicrobial susceptibility of 498 Flavobacterium spp. strains, which isolated from 4 comprehensive hospital in Hangzhou; Detecting the MIC of 14 antibiotics to 62 F. meningosepticum strains by agar dilution method. Result The antimicrobial susceptibility of Flavobacterium spp. to Cefoperazone/sulbactam and Piperacillin/Tazobactam was about 20 5% and 24 0% respectively, however the antimicrobial susceptibility of Flavobacterium spp. to the other tested antibiotics was more than 40%. It was showed that Rifampin had a better antimicrobial ability to F. meningosepticum compared with other antibiotics in MIC analysis by agar dilution method, and the geometric means of MIC, MIC 50 and MIC 90 was 0 5 μg/ml and 8 μg/ml respectively. C onclusion Flavobacterium spp had a high antimicrobial susceptibility and it was difficult to therapy, which should be paid high clinical attention.
