摘要
578名男性大学生,在昼日7个时辰上午5:00—下午7:00,(夏时制上午6:00—下午8:00)分组分别在综合练习器上进行卧推和坐蹬力量测试。结果表明:在上午己时,即9:00—11:00,下午申时,即3:00—5:00进行力量练习或其他身体活动,更有利于身体机能水平的提高。
In this paper,it is measured how strength Is experienced by 578 voluntary students at different times during the day(from P.M 5:00 to A.M 7:00).It is shown that the students'strength is po- werer in P.M 9:00—11:00 and A.M 3:00—5:00 than other time.
