薏苡染色体端粒的研究

STUDY ON CHROMOSOME TELOMERE OF Coix Lacryma-jobi L.

采用C带技术研究了薏苡染色体的端粒。结果表明 ,薏苡只有 2对染色体长臂端粒被Giemsa染料深染成小球状 ,表明其端粒结构和其他染色体端粒不同。

The chromosome telomere of Coix Lacryma\|jobi L.was studied by C banding techique.The result showed that only two pairs of chromosome long arm telomere showed deep stain by C banding technique,indicating that the structure was different with other chromosome telomere structure.
