摘要
目的 测定不同产地、不同部位红花五味子的五味子酯甲 ( schisantherin A)、去氧五味子素 (五味子甲素 ,deoxyschizandrin)、五味子乙素 ( schisandrin B)和五味子丙素 ( schisandrin C)含量。方法 HPL C法 ,使用 Sphere-clone ODS柱 ;流动相 :水 ( A) ,甲醇 ( B) ,梯度洗脱 :0~ 4 m in,70 % B;4~ 5 4 m in,70 %~ 10 0 % B;流速为 0 .4 m L/min;柱温 :2 5℃ ;检测波长 :2 5 4 nm。结果 五味子酯甲、甲素、乙素、丙素在红花五味子中含量分别为 0 .0 2 6 %~0.0 8 3% ,0 .0 0 7%~ 0 .94 5 % ,0 .0 0 2 %~ 0 .12 1% ,0 .0 10 %~ 0 .0 38% ,其中五味子甲素普遍存在 ,且果实中含量高于茎藤。结论 去氧五味子素是红花五味子果实的主要活性成分。
Object To determine the contents of schisantherin A, deoxyschizandrin, schisandrin B and schisandrin C in the stems and fruits of Schisandra rudriflora (Franch ) Rehd. et Wils , which were collected from different areas Methods An HPLC method was set up: Column, Sphereclone, ODS (250 mm×4 6 mm, 5 μm); mobil phase, A: H 2O, B: MeOH; gradient elution was with 70% B from 0-4 min, 70%-100% B from 4-54 min; the flow rate was 0 4 mL/min; the column temperature was 25 ℃ and the DAD detector was used at 254 nm Results The contents of schisantherin A, deoxyschizandrin, schisandrin B and schisandrin C in S. rubriflora were 0.026%-0.083%, 0.007%-0.945%, 0.002%-0.121%, 0.010%-0.038%, respectively. Deoxyschizandrin exists widely in S. rubriflora and its content is higher in fruits than that in stems Conclusion Deoxyschizandrin is the main active lignan in the fruits of S rubriflora
