利用夏芳秋白为实验对象 ,测定添食壳寡聚糖后对家蚕食下量和生长情况的影响。结果表明 :添食区食下干物量高于对照区 ,但差异不明显 ;
The 3 rd and 5 th instar larvae of the parent race of silkworm 'Xia Fang' were fed with mulberry leaves sprayed with oligo-chitosan solution. The results showed that the amount of dry matter taken in by the silkworm in the oligo-chitosan treatments was higher than that in the control plot, though the difference was non-significant statistically. The growth performance of the treated plots was also slightly better than that in the control.
