苯那普利对大鼠实验性慢性肾功能不全的治疗作用 被引量:1

摘要 [目的 ]研究苯那普利对 7/ 8肾切除大鼠慢性肾功能不全模型的疗效及其作用机理 .[方法 ]建立 7/ 8肾切除大鼠慢性肾功能不全模型 ,观察 12周内苯那普利对血肌酐、肌酐清除率、2 4h尿蛋白及肾小球内纤连蛋白mRNA表达的影响及残余肾的病理改变 .[结果 ]苯那普利组血肌酐、2 4h尿蛋白及纤连蛋白mRNA的表达明显低于模型组 ,肌酐清除率明显高于模型组 ,病理改变轻于模型组 .[结论 ]苯那普利改善 7/ 8肾切除大鼠的肾功能 ,降低肾小球内纤连蛋白mRNA的表达 。 OBJECTIVE?To study the effects and its me chanism of the benazepril in the rat model of chronic renal failure with 7/8 sub total nephrectomy.?METHODS?The serum creatinine, creatinine cl earance, proteinuria, fibronectin mRNA expression and renal pathology were d eter mined in rat with 7/8 subtotal nephrectomy in 12 weeks.?RESULTS?As compared with the group of 7/8 subtotal nephrectomy, the creatinine, protei nuria, mRNA expressin of fibronectin were obviously decreased, the increase of c reatinine clearance was evident, and there were less pathological changes in tre atment group with the benazepril.?CONCLUSION?The benazepril co uld improve renal function and lesions of 7/8 nephrectomy in rats and decrease t he mRNA expression of fibronectin in glomerulus.
