[目的 ]观察A型肉毒毒素治疗Meige综合征的疗效 .[方法 ]给 6例Meige综合征病例局部多点注射A型肉毒毒素 ,评价其治疗效果 .[结果 ] 6例均取得显著疗效 ,有效作用时间为 2～ 6个月 ,且副作用少 ,可自行缓解 .[结论 ]A型肉毒毒素注射治疗Meige综合征是一种安全。

OBJECTIVE?To study the therapeutic effects of type A creotoxin for the Meige syndrome.?METHODS?6 cases of the Meige syndrome were injected with type A creotoxin on multi-point, and the therapeutic effects were evaluated.?RESULTS?The type A cr eoto xin for the Meige syndrome had 100% of effective rate, 2～6 months of effect ive time, and a few side effects, and that was automatically released. ? CONCLUSION ?The type A creotoxin is one of safe, effective , useful and easy treatment methods for the patients with the Meige syndrome .
