摘要
当前,新疆农业和农村经济发展已进入新的阶段,面对加入WTO后对农业的挑战和激烈的国际市场竞争,大力推进农业产业结构战略性调整势在必行。对农业产业结构调整,不仅需要采取有效的宏观调控措施,而且也要探索和建立一种有效的经营机制,引导和带动农业结构的调整,提高农业整体效益,解决农产品供求失调,以不断促进农业结构优化。现就新疆农业产业结构调整问题做以初探。
At present,it is necessary that the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure is promoted when agriculture economy in Xinjiang has developed into new stage,facing the challenge and competition of international market in agriculture after china has joined WTO.On adjustment of agricultural industrial structure,not only macroscopical adjustment measures should be adopted,but also the effective management mechanism should be explored and established,and then it will lead the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure,and optimize the agricultural industrial structure.This paper shows some problems and its solution on adjustment of agricultural industrial structure in Xinjiang.
