摘要
用来源于云南各地属于 2 4个稻瘟病菌 (Magnaporthegrisea)生理小种的 3 3个菌株 ,对受体品种南 2 9及其 4个转几丁质酶 β 1,3 葡聚糖酶串联基因水稻T5 代品系进行了温室接种鉴定。结果表明 ,不能侵染受体品种南 2 9的 13个菌株也不能侵染转基因品系 ,可侵染受体品种南 2 9的 2 0个菌株一般不能侵染转基因品系 ,转基因水稻对稻瘟病菌抗性范围较受体对照扩大 ,证明转几丁质酶 葡聚糖酶基因水稻对稻瘟病具有一定的广谱抗性 ;诱发条件下 ,转基因品系大田叶瘟病情指数为 0~ 1级 ,穗瘟发病率为 0 .3 %~ 10 .2 3 % ,抗性较受体对照大幅度提高 ,表明这些品系在稻瘟病抗病育种中是有应用潜力的。
Four transgenic rice lines harboring binary chitina se gene and β-1,3-glucanase gene were challenged in the greenhouse by inocula ting 33 isolates belonging to 24 races of Magnaporthe grisea collected from Yunnan Province. Results showed that transgenic rice lines exhibited high resist ance to 20 isolates which could infect the receptor cultivar Nan 29 and almost all of the isolates which could not infect the receptor cultivar. It indicat ed that introduction of binary chitinase gene and β-1,3-glucanase gene into r estorer line of Dian-type hybrid rice enhanced resistance to blast, and the tra nsgenic rice lines possessed wide-spectrum resistance against various rice blas t races. Disease score of leaf blast were 0-1 degree and disease incidence of ne ck blast were 0.3%-10.23% in the transgenic lines under the blast nursery, showi ng resistance to the disease enhanced in transgenic line. It suggested that t hese transgenic rice lines could be available for breeding resistant variety.
